Yahooooooo!

hello!
Went to Yahoo Hq with my humans, seniors and ms kwa yesterday at suntec!
was a great experience i must say!
I like the place actually. i LOVVEEE the view from the office most!

well, the main purpose of the whole thing was to introduce to us that Yahoo! will be launching a new homepage by early next year. the whole concept was indeed kinda cool to me!
with the new homepage, you can actually add as many favourites/bookmark a web with it. then it will appear on your yahoo homepage. with that, you can just click that fav/bookmark icon and yahoo will direct you to that website( but you;re still in your yahoo homepage!)
do you get it?
it's like rather than having multiple tabs to view whatever web you want, you can actually preview it on your yahoo homepage itself FIRST or just read from there itself. Cool huh?
somehow i'm excited! LOL.
looks cool. imagine viewing omonatheydidnt on that preview thing.

ohh besides that, they were also telling us about this YOUREKA thingy. it's like a contest but not so much of a contest too. it's taking place both online and offline. well, the REAL CONTEST will be held offline at SINGAPORE FLYER on 28th nov, i think. prizes pretty amazing but, i dont really need a car or a blackberry or adidas shoes. LOL. does that interest you?
if it does, then you should go. haha.
i think you can check out about the offline contest on yahoo. just search it, youreka? singapore flyer? well, you know how to search for it yourself :p
anyway, the ONLINE "contest" is more like a lucky dip thingy? well, it like you just need to find red, green, blue or purple ticket to get some prizes from ADIDAS. well, this part is kinda attractive to me sooo I ACTUALLY WENT FOR IT! i mean, i DID THIS ONLINE YOUREKA! HAHA
it's luck lah,i think. they have like 392 icons on http://www.youreka.com.sg/ , so u try your luck, keep choosing the icon until you found yourself some red ticket or blue or whatver tix. then you follow the instruction or something, sometimes you need to find the ticket on some other web that they will direct you and then, if you're lucky enough, you'll get that adidas thingy!
it's easy and free! so just play around with it lah.
go get urself some prize! i got a red ticket but then something when wrong so i will do it again later.
